After ministering in the several prisons, seeking out the trafficked and abused for many years now the numbers kept growing and lives kept changing that the leadership of the Thai prisons could not deny the difference Christ makes in one’s life, the craving of drugs is gone, gambling and fighting has turned into loving kindness, tempers have calmed down, lying and cheating have vanished away. What warden would not want this, it just was not happening under the Buddhist monks! Only by the power of the Holy Spirit was this possible. Pictures are from two different adult men’s prisons in our area when allowed.

Years back – ABBA HOUSE THAILAND – Hosting Ywam team from CA which got a chance to grab the Thai Gov. Stage in down town over new years. Christian Drama Skit – got some boo’s – mostly Buddhist crowd ! PTL – Amen!

Abba House – Thailand – After underaged boys and girls are arrested and by the time children realize what has happened to them they have lost contact of family and tribal village heritage. Today the government detention prison brought us Motae (pic next to Staff-Tony), eighteen years old with his mother in adult prison. If no one picks up the released teen they will call us for rescue. Otherwise they become homeless and hungry and desperate to do anything to stay alive. HIV is still alive and well in the Thai inter-cities AH is so blessed to be able to offer these teens a shelter from the evils that lie await to rob kids of what’s left of their childhood, leading them to Christ/water baptism, teaching them English and a life skill.
