Greetings to Friends and Partners

This month we are focusing on Abba House Church. Despite Covid restrictions we are still able to continue with Sunday Church services as our numbers are below 50. Recently three of our girls requested to be baptized. Pastor Francis did a bible study on baptism with them. They were baptized in our portable baptismal pool on our front lawn. They were encouraged by all their friends.

Our regular pastor who is with YWAM, Pastor Jono, his wife Sara and baby Zechariah (Zacky) left on a three month Sabbatical to Seattle in the USA.Since their departure we have had excellent visiting pastors preaching in Thai. Francis and Jo’ann have stood in the gap when needed to preach.

One of our Church members, Pathama, volunteered to give Sunday School lessons to the youngest pupils while the sermon in being preached. They are really benefiting by this.

Our Abba House girls are encouraged to put their music skills, instrumental and vocal, to excellent use by participating in our Sunday Worship Service. Francis is our music coordinator and teaches them from the very basic to being able to be part of the Worship band.

Once a month we celebrate the Lord’s communion as a Church family. But every Sunday after Church we fellowship together and enjoy a delicious plate of spicy Thai food. It proves to be a good time to encourage our outside members in their walk with the Lord.
